This one had me thinking…

I was shocked by the state of our room. It was unsanitary, with dirty carpets and cigarette burn marks everywhere. The poor customer service was the nail in the coffin. the staff seemed unhelpful and indifferent.

Renovation efforts made the stay enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired!!! Cigarette burns on bedding and an unpleasant smell were distracting. Addressing the lack of daily housekeeping would greatly enhance the stay experience!!!

The hotel was affordable, cozy, and within driving distance of the nearby amusement park and a picturesque lake. We enjoyed the pool and had a great time unwinding together after our day trips. I'd recommend it for a fun group getaway.
